Your intake visit
Your intake visit will be conducted over Zoom by a medical provider who will then assign you to your dedicated care team.
Share your health history and goals
Your intake provider will get to know your health history and what you’re hoping to achieve with Miga. They’ll also order labs, which helps us develop a care plan unique to you.

We’ll share more about Miga’s services that are available to you, including health coaching and dietitian visits.
Heart health assessment
In addition to helping you lose weight, we’re dedicated to improving your heart health so you can live a long, healthy life. Over the course of your first several visits, we will assess various risk factors such as blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and sleep.
Get started with your dedicated care team
You will schedule appointments with your dedicated medical provider and health coach during your intake visit. Your dedicated medical provider will oversee your care at Miga moving forward.
Your first month (and beyond)
📍 Meet your dedicated medical provider
Review your lab results with your provider, create an individualized care plan, discuss prescriptions (if needed), and schedule follow-up visits. You will also schedule your first visit with a dietitian.
📍 Initial health coaching visit
Your health coach can offer guidance and accountability on your personal health goals, whether related to nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, or other habits (learn more here).
📍 Initial dietitian visit
In your first visit with your registered dietitian you’ll share more about your nutrition goals, participate in a nutrition assessment, and receive personalized nutrition recommendations.
📍 Ongoing care
Work with your integrated care team to determine the frequency of future visits:
