At Miga, we believe in going above-and-beyond to help you improve your health. That’s why we provide you with a health coach — someone to guide, motivate, and support you in achieving your goals.

How it works
1. Meet with your health coach
You will meet with your health coach to review your goals and discuss how they can best provide you with personalized support. They may offer guidance and accountability on your personal health goals, whether related to nutrition, physical activity, stress, sleep, or other habits.
2. Receive your device(s), if applicable
You may receive a scale and/or blood pressure monitor, shipped right to your home. These devices connect to our app, allowing you and your health coach to track your progress.
3. Frequent check-ins
You will have the opportunity to meet with your health coach up to twice per month after your first three months with Miga. Your health coach will partner with you to keep up your momentum as you achieve your goals, reaching out between visits to provide extra encouragement.

Our team of health coaches bring extensive experience (and enthusiasm) to helping you make progress in your weight and heart health journeys. They work alongside our medical providers and dietitians to provide you with everything you need.
