Hereβs what to expect when you join Miga:

Schedule an Intro Call to learn more about the comprehensive services offered at Miga. Alternatively, if you're ready to dive in, skip the intro call and move straight to scheduling a Consult with a medical provider!
πΒ Initial Consult (Week 1, 20 minutes)
Meet with your medical provider to discuss your health goals, order necessary labs, explore available programs (Health Coach, Dietitian), and book future visits.
πΒ Second Consult (Week 2, 40 minutes)
Review your lab results with your provider, create an individualized care plan, discuss prescriptions (if needed), and schedule follow-up visits.
πΒ Initial Health Coaching Visit (Week 2-3, 30 minutes)
If you qualify for our health coaching services, have your first meeting with your Health Coach to understand the Health Coaching program (more on that here), address any questions, and ensure your monitoring devices are functioning properly.
πΒ Initial Dietitian Visit (Week 2-3, 30 minutes)
If you qualify for our dietitian services, meet with your Dietitian to get an overview of the program (more on that here), discuss any questions, and schedule subsequent visits to work on your personalized nutrition plan.
πΒ First Follow-Up with Your Medical Provider (Week 5, 20 minutes)
Continue your care journey with a follow-up visit with your medical provider to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments.
πΒ Ongoing Care Coordination (Week 6+)
Work with your integrated care team to determine the frequency of future visits:
- Medical Provider Monthly to Quarterly (20 minutes)
- Health Coach Monthly (15 minutes)
- Dietitian Weekly to Monthly (30 minutes)
