Try the recipe below, hope you enjoy ❤️ recipe (makes 2 servings) 1. preheat oven to 350F 2. cut 2 pieces of whole wheat bread into 1”x1” cubes 3. toss in 1 tsp of olive oil and place onto a sheet pan to bake in the oven for 15 minutes or so until golden and crispy 4. plate your salad starting with 2 cups leafy greens of your choice, 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes cut into halves, 1/4 cup sliced cucumber, 1 sliced peach, 3 oz mozzarella, 1/2 thinly sliced shallot, and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar dressing 5. take the whole wheat croutons out of the oven to cool, and then add to the salad 6. option to top with extra basil, sliced avocado, and fig glaze for plating, and enjoy!
