Nutrition Visits with Medicare
Note: For the first six months you’re with Miga, you can schedule up to 2 appointments/month for months 1-6, and 1 appointment/month for months 7-12 (if you’ve achieved more than 6 lbs of weight loss)
Skip the Salt: Ways to Reduce Sodium
Learn how to follow a DASH-style eating plan and reduce the amount of sodium you consume. If you have hypertension this class is a must. Review the current guidelines for sodium intake and leave inspired with some heart healthy recipes!
