Group Visits
Below is our upcoming nutrition group visit schedule for June. To learn more about Dietitian Services, including the types of visits we offer, you can visit our overview page here.
Please note: if you arrive late to a visit you may not be able to attend if the group visit has already started.
Nutrition Visits with Medicare
Note: After your initial consult with dietitian, you can attend 1 group visit every other week for the first 6 months (ex. Tuesday June 4, Wednesday June 19). If you’ve lost 3 kg at 6 months, Medicare will continue to cover monthly visits for another 6 months.

If you struggle to plan ahead for meals and snacks then this class is for you! Learn about the benefits of meal prep and ways to incorporate this into your week to help you better meet your health goals.
Emotional Eating
Are you someone who finds themselves eating out of stress, boredom, anxiety, or loneliness? This class will help you better understand how to manage emotional eating and bring awareness to patterns of unhealthy eating behaviors that might be barriers to meeting your health goals.
Success With Summer Parties
If you’re someone who is worried about upcoming summer outings, bbq’s, and parties where food and drink are abundant, this is class is for you! Join us to discuss tips for navigating eating and enjoying summer parties.
Physical Activity
Unsure where to start with movement? This class will discuss the different types of physical activity and the benefits of a more active lifestyle. You’ll leave this class with a goal for movement and a new mindset!
Hydration
Are you unsure about how much water you should be drinking? What about other types of fluids such as juices, coffees, sweet teas, and alcohol? This class will review the different types of fluids, how much we should consume, and the benefits and cautions of each.
