Dietitian Schedule

Group IBT Visits
Note: For the first six months you’re with Miga, you can schedule up to 2 appointments/month for months 1-6, and 1 appointment/month for months 7-12 (if you’ve achieved more than 6 lbs of weight loss).
Physical Activity
Unsure where to start with movement? This class will discuss the different types of physical activity and the benefits of a more active lifestyle. You’ll leave this class with a goal for movement and a new mindset!
Emotional Eating
Are you someone who finds themselves eating out of stress, boredom, anxiety, or loneliness? This class will help you better understand how to manage emotional eating and bring awareness to patterns of unhealthy eating behaviors that might be barriers to meeting your health goals.
Hunger & Satiety
Tune into your body’s hunger and satiety cues to help better understand when and how much to eat at meals and snacks. A long history of dieting brings us away from our body’s innate hunger and fullness cues, and this class will help you understand what your body needs to best fuel yourself.
Tips for Eating Out
Whether it’s parties, social events, travel, or busy days, likely you will experience times when you don’t have as much control over your food choices. Learn how to navigate eating outside of the house to help support your health goals.
Different Types of Fats
If you have elevated triglycerides, lipids, or cholesterol this class is for you. Review the different types of fats and what food sources these are found in to improve heart health and labs.
