Nutrition Visits with Medicare
Note: For the first six months you’re with Miga, you can schedule up to 2 appointments/month for months 1-6, and 1 appointment/month for months 7-12 (if you’ve achieved more than 6 lbs of weight loss).
Physical Activity Part 2: Exercise Progression and Modification
Continue your progress with movement! Part 2 of our physical activity class builds upon movement goals and reviews ways to increase duration and intensity of movement now that you're well on your way.
