Heart healthy avocado sandwich with basil, bitchin’ sauce, snap peas, low fat cheddar, heirloom tomatoes, and sprouts! Hope you enjoy ❤️
recipe (makes 1 serving)
- toast 2 slices of @ezekiel bread
- add 1 tsp of bitchin sauce to 1 side of each piece of toast
- to one side of bread add 1/2 of an avocado, top with 1 pinch of everything but the bagel seasoning and 2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
- add 5 or 6 snap peas to the piece of bread with avocado
- to the second piece of bread add 1 slice low fat cheddar, sprouts, and 2 slices of heirloom tomato
- wrap sandwich in parchment paper, cut in half, and enjoy!
