Group Visits
Below is our upcoming nutrition group visit schedule for April. To learn more about Dietitian Services, including the types of visits we offer, you can visit our overview page here.
Please note: if you arrive late to a visit you may not be able to attend if the group visit has already started.
Nutrition Visits with Medicare
Note: After your initial consult with dietitian, you can attend 1 group visit every other week for the first 6 months (ex. Tuesday April 2nd, Wednesday April 17th, and Monday April 29th). If you’ve lost 3 kg at 6 months, Medicare will continue to cover monthly visits for another 6 months (ex. Thursday April 4th).

Hunger & Satiety
Tune into your body’s hunger and satiety cues to help better understand when and how much to eat at meals and snacks. A long history of dieting brings us away from our body’s innate hunger and fullness cues, and this class will help you understand what your body needs to best fuel yourself.
Blood Sugar Basics
If you have pre-diabetes, diabetes, or insulin resistance and don’t know where to start then this class is for you! Learn about labs related to blood sugar and what they indicate, and how to better balance blood sugar with nutrition.
